No Refund Policy
We kindly inform our customers that we do not offer refunds.
Exchange or Store Credit (14 Days)
• You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the invoice date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached, along with the receipt.
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with any exchange.
• Please include your order number when requesting an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and special-event reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Clearance items
• Gowns
• Special-occasion items
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery based on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
